If you would like to speak on an agenda item or request to be placed on the agenda to discuss a specific topic, please note the following: 

Commission meetings follow a format required by law, with regularly planned opportunities for citizen feedback and comment. Residents and visitors are encouraged to attend the meetings; however, those who want to speak must be put on the agenda prior to the Commission meeting.  To request an item to be placed on the agenda, the Manager or Clerk must receive a request 10 days before the date of the meeting.  If the deadline date falls on a weekend, the agenda request must be submitted no later than the Friday before the deadline date. The request should include who will speak and the subject matter to be discussed.  Please note that the Commission may not take action on any item unless it is included in the agenda.
