The UGOCCC has updated the ChattNet Internet Service Agreement. For a physical copy please visit the Community Development office at 215 McNaughton St. All Updates / Additions will be highlighted in yellow. If you are an existing customers ask about our referral program.
ChattNet Update
The Payment Portal is now active and you should be receiving an email to create your own account.
If you do not have or did not give us an email address you will need to come to pay at the Water Department.
Invoices will be EMAILED out on the LAST DAY of EACH MONTH. You are RESPONSIBLE for PAYING your BILL EACH MONTH by the 10th as stated in the Agreement. This follows the same timeline as our Water bills.

The Unified Government is happy to announce the packages and pricing for The Chattahoochee County Internet Service.
If you are part of the FIRST 400 potential customers who will receive FREE INSTALLATION, and have signed up via a Facebook Google questionnaire or on paper, your name is on a master list and will be available when you come to set up your account. INSTALLATION will only happen AFTER you have created your account.
Please note that if you RENT your home you will need to obtain a written letter of approval before you are able to schedule an installation. They will need to provide Their name (The Landlord),Your name(The Renter), Your address (The Renter), and Their (The Landlord) direct contact number, and Their signature(The Landlord).

The Chattahoochee County Internet Service DOES NOT offer Internet VoIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol) or SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) phone service.
